Maitland Ex Servicemens Bowling & Sporting Club,
Off Hunter St., turn at Maitland Mercury lights,

Results of
the AGM
The members passed the Special Resolution regarding the
Objectives of the Club.
Bruce Atkinson gave a very thorough presentation on his
Motions on Notice and answered some questions which were raised. The vote
at the meeting was unanimously in favour of the 3 motions and there were 3
proxies against. As a consequence Fay and Helen will be resuming
negotiations towards the purchase of the land.
